Your individual answers and scores go to your OneVillage care team and nobody else. The Palo Alto Fire Department never sees an individual result — the Department receives aggregate, de-identified participation reporting only.

Your phone number is used by your care team to reach you about your visits. It is not used for marketing, and it is never shared with the Department.
